Part of Sun City’s success is due to the variety of recreational opportunities that are available to residents. Del Webb merged with the nationally recognized Pulte Homes in 2000. Upon completion, Sun City will include 8,200 homes. Ten years after the project was launched, just more than half have been completed and sold.
